Where do you ship wine?

  • We can ship wine within or to the following states: Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, Virginia, Washinton, West Virginia, Wyoming, and Washington D.C.

  • We can ship accessories to all 50 U.S. states. 

Can I ship a gift?

  • Yes, please note in the customer comments that this is a gift and if you would like a personalized note included. Please note that if the gift includes wine, the recipient must be 21 years of age or older, and will need to show ID and sign for the delivery.

Can you ship an order to multiple addresses?

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to split an order across multiple addresses. Please place an individual order for each shipping address.

How long will it take to receive my order?

  • We ship all orders within 2-3 days. Depending on your location, transit time can range from 1-4 days after your order ships.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

  • At this time, we do not offer same-day delivery. All orders are shipped via FedEx Home Delivery, which does not deliver same-day orders.

  • If you are able to visit a Wine Cellar store location, we do offer same-day pickup with in-store options. To place an order for same-day pickup, just select “In-Store Pick-Up”

Do you offer expedited shipping?

  • We do not currently offer expedited shipping options. Orders received before 10:00am CST typically ship the same day and deliver within 1-3 days.

Can I track my order?

  • Yes, you will receive a tracking number once your FedEx shipping label is created. You can track your order online at FedEx.com

How does delivery work, and do I need to be home to receive my order?

  • Your shipment will arrive with FedEx Home Delivery. At the time of delivery, you will be asked to show ID to ensure you are 21 or older and you will be required to sign for the shipment. If you are not home for the first delivery attempt, FedEx Home Delivery will attempt delivery two more times before returning your order to the store. If you wish to pick your order up from the FedEx terminal, you are able to make arrangements with them by calling 1-800-GoFedEx.
